Contracts - clearing & renewal

Making contracts is part of our everyday lives. They are agreements we make or have made in this life or in our past lives and can stop us from growing or achieving our goals in life.

Contracts can be personal - they can be promises that we made to ourselves as well as with other people or other places; they can be imposed upon us from society and they can also be contracts that are Ancestral. However, there can come a point when we realise and acknowledge that we have outgrown these contracts; that they have become too restrictive and imprisoning and therefore choose to release them.

In this session we learn of the contracts we wish to break and free ourselves from as well as form and create new ones which support our growth and our healing and our wellness. This is a very empowering process especially if we feel that we are bound by a contract that no longer serves us.
