The medicine that Usu'ra brings to this world is life changing. I received a healing with her via a phone call when I had a low point in my life. She held my space with such strength, compassion and love. I felt empowered through this healing yet at no point did I feel she was trying to fix or change me. I felt that she met me where I was at and held a strong light for me for me to find myself.

The healing itself was very gentle with a deep guided meditation that took me back through this story helping me connect to both my younger and then to my higher self. I have been working regularly with Usu'ra  for  the last 5 months. She was recommended to me by another highly experienced and well regarded Shamanic healer outside of the London area. I initially came to her as it was noted, by the other healer, that I had an energetic block in my body which required a treatment. During our first healing session, Usu’ra took the time to get to know me via a friendly and compassionate enquiry and from there we worked on unblocking this area in my body with herbs and cleansing. She also guided me on a meditation journey with crystals and sound healing. During this first session it became apparent that I needed to face the fear of moving my life in a different direction - a decision I had been avoiding for many years. That first session was incredibly beautiful and powerful and incredibly within two weeks my life shifted dramatically.

I honestly cannot recommendation Usu’ra enough if you’re wanting to delve into your healing journey. I have been very drawn to shamanic healing for a little while now but had been waiting to find the right healer and I’m so grateful and honoured that I had my first experience with Usu’ra.
